Majestic landscapes, oppressive humidity and scorching heat are a few of the trademarks of Australia's Top End. Starting off in Darwin and cruising through Kakadu National Park, I experienced it all while avoiding hungry crocs and hand-sized spiders. A much needed cool off under a waterfall was necessary from time to time, naturally.
