Matt Gross and I on a country-wide search in Hungary for everything paprika related. We hit the road and feasted on hearty gulyás, sipped on plenty of basement-distilled palinka, heard about how hungarians managed to get the heat out of american chilies to turn them into the national spice, and slept in charming, dusty farmhouses along the way. I also nearly had an incident in Tetétlen after biting on a Carolina Reaper from a bag of chocolate-covered chilies called 'The Russian Roulette'. I learned then that l happened to luckily pick the hottest chili in the world to snack on. Nearly knocked out, it was hard to pretend all was fine and keep on shooting while being giggled at by the chili farmer.

Another fun shoot for Airbnb.
