The desert doesn’t rush, and neither did I while traveling the endless roads of the Cederberg Mountains in search of the elusive rooibos bush. It was fascinating watching this little green shrub turn red under the scorching South African sun. Harvested by hand and brewed with reverence - it is less a drink, more a taste of this very special place.
